This Privacy Policy explains how Kerruay collects, uses, and protects your personal information in compliance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
We collect: (1) Streamlabs profile information (name, user ID) when you sign in, (2) Email address for Stripe notifications, (3) Stripe Connect account ID for payment processing, (4) Donation records (amount, donor name, message), (5) IP address and browser information for security.
We use your data to: authenticate you, process donations, send Streamlabs alerts, comply with legal obligations, and improve our service.
We retain your account data until you request deletion. Donation records are kept for 7 years for tax and legal compliance.
Under PDPA, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and restrict processing of your personal data. Contact us at support@kerruay.in to exercise these rights.
We share data with: Stripe (payment processing), Streamlabs (alert delivery). Both are bound by their own privacy policies and data protection obligations.
